Payment for services

All customer’s expectations are taken into account. Time for completion and price are agreed. We’re at the point of payment. It is necessary to make a payment before we’ll start to perform a translation. It is possible to pay for translation services in both cash and cashless ways.

There are various comfortable ways to make a payment:

• in cash at the agency office;
• by payment card at the office;
• cashless payments in UAH and dollars;
• into the account of the legal entity.

Payment documents for translation services

You can get the calculation of translation services cost from the managers of our agency. After the calculation completion, we will prepare invoices and completion acts. Upon your request, we will send documents by mail, courier or e-mail.

Translation price calculation

It is important to know that the prices listed on the website are not a public offer. All prices are for reference only. Each order is calculated personally. The cost of translation is indicated per document or per page of performed translation. The cost of notary certification or the seal of the translating agency is added to the translation. You can find the cost for certification in the section Other services.

The translation price may differ from the price listed on the website for several reasons. Payment for translation services will be agreed in these cases as well. 

Reasons for a translation cost change:

• translation of long texts in a short time frame;
• text editing by a native speaker;
• text formatting;
• hard to read text;
• specialized text.
